HNWI Data

The HNWI Data Nobody Else Has.

Ad platforms can’t target net worth. We can. Our own data covers 20M+ high-net-worth professionals, with income and net-worth signals you won’t find on Apollo, ZoomInfo, or any other platform. Target them by net worth, income, title, ownership, and geography.

Not for everyone. For firms that sell to the wealthy.

By the numbers

Signals, not guesses.

  • 20M+

What is HNWI data?

HNWI data is contact and wealth data on high-net-worth individuals: who they are, how to reach them, and the signals that put them in the top bracket.

HNWI stands for high-net-worth individual. In the wealth industry, that means at least $1 million in investable assets, not counting a primary residence. By that definition, Capgemini’s World Wealth Report (opens in a new tab) counts 8.7 million HNWIs in the US. Your market is bigger than that. Count the executives, owners, and high earners with the income and net worth to buy from you, and you get the 20M+ high-net-worth professionals in our data.

Most of what gets sold as HNWI data was never high net worth. It’s an affluent zip code. A job title that sounds senior. A list of people who told someone else’s broker they were accredited, then got called by everyone who bought the list. A guess, sold as data.

Ours starts with the money: income and net-worth signals on executives, business owners, and high earners, matched to the personal and business inboxes they actually read. Every email address is verified before it is ever sent to. That’s the data nobody else has.

Know who you’re targeting

What counts as high net worth?

  • High-net-worth individual (HNWI)

$1M+ in investable assets, not counting a primary residence. Ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) starts at $30M. It’s the definition wealth managers use.

  • Millionaire

$1M+ in net worth, home equity included. A far bigger group than HNWIs, because the house counts.

  • Accredited investor

The SEC’s test for private offerings: income over $200K (over $300K with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years, net worth over $1M excluding a primary residence, or a Series 7, 65, or 82 license in good standing.

  • High-income earner

No single definition. We filter on income signals, like $250K+, so the line is drawn by what someone earns, not by what their title suggests.

What’s inside

Inside our HNWI data: signals no platform sells.

  • Net-worth signals

$1M+ net-worth signals, so you reach people with real money, not just a real title.

  • Income signals

$250K+ income signals on executives, owners, and high earners: the people who can actually write the check.

  • Professional and ownership data

Title, seniority, employer, and ownership role, so you reach the owner who signs, not the manager who forwards.

  • Personal and business inboxes

The inboxes they actually read, plus mobile numbers. Every email address is verified before it is ever sent to.

Who you can target

The buyers your ads can’t find.

  • Executives

C-suite, VPs, directors, and senior managers earning $150K-$500K+ annually, in the personal inbox they use for personal decisions.

  • Business owners

Founders and owners of private companies, where the wealth sits in the business. We can reach every business owner in a market.

  • High earners

Physicians, attorneys, and finance and tech professionals, filtered on the income signals that fit your offer.

  • Millionaires next door

People with $1M-$5M, the largest band of HNWIs, reached on net-worth signal instead of a zip code.

How it works

How to target high-net-worth individuals.

  1. Start with who buys from you.

Executives, business owners, high earners, or millionaires next door. Pick the buyer first, then build the list around them.

  2. Filter on the money.

$1M+ net-worth signals and $250K+ income signals, so the list starts with people who can actually buy.

  3. Layer in who they are.

Title, seniority, employer, ownership role, and industry, so the list is decision-makers, not senior-sounding titles.

  4. Draw the map.

Target the geographies you actually serve, so every name on the list is in your market.

  5. Reach them where they read.

Personal and business inboxes, plus mobile numbers, and every email address is verified before it is ever sent to.

The Difference

Stop Buying Recycled HNWI Lists
Start Using Data Nobody Else Has

What most firms buy

Rented HNWI Lists

  • Affluent zip codes sold as high net worth
  • Job titles standing in for income
  • Ad platforms that can’t target by net worth
  • The same databases every other agency rents
  • Aged lists, resold until the addresses bounce
  • Business inboxes, nowhere near the personal one

Proprietary high-net-worth data

RevoGTM

  • Net-worth signals, not neighborhoods
  • Income signals, not job titles
  • Targeting by net worth, income, title, and ownership
  • Data that isn’t on Apollo, ZoomInfo, or any other platform
  • Every email address verified before it is ever sent to
  • Personal and business inboxes, plus mobile numbers

Not guesses. Signals.

FAQs

HNWI data, answered.

What is HNWI data?

Contact and wealth data on high-net-worth individuals: who they are, how to reach them, and the signals that put them in the top bracket, like net worth, income, title, and ownership.

What counts as a high-net-worth individual?

In the wealth industry, an HNWI has at least $1 million in investable assets, not counting a primary residence, and an ultra-high-net-worth individual has $30 million or more. Capgemini counts 8.7 million HNWIs in the US. Your buyer is usually a bigger group: the executives, owners, and high earners with the income and net worth to act on your offer. We have data on 20M+ of them.

How do you target high-net-worth individuals and high-income earners?

Filter on net-worth and income signals first, then layer in title, seniority, ownership, industry, and geography. Ad platforms can’t target net worth, and the big B2B databases are built around business contacts, not personal wealth. That gap is where our data lives.

Where does RevoGTM’s HNWI data come from?

It’s our own consumer and professional data on 20M+ high-net-worth professionals, from sources that aren’t on Apollo, ZoomInfo, or any other platform. It covers personal and business inboxes plus mobile numbers, and every email address is verified before it is ever sent to.

Are the income and net-worth signals verified?

No. They’re signals, not bank statements, and we say so. They tell you who is likely to have the money, so you target the right people first. We don’t verify accredited status, income, or net worth.

Is a high-net-worth individual the same as an accredited investor?

Not quite. Accredited investor is the SEC’s test for private offerings: income over $200K (over $300K with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years, net worth over $1M excluding a primary residence, or a Series 7, 65, or 82 license in good standing. Most HNWIs meet it, and plenty of high earners meet it on income alone. We don’t verify accreditation. Your team and your counsel do.

Can I target business owners specifically?

Yes. Ownership role is in the data, alongside company and industry, and we can reach every business owner in a market.

Who is HNWI data for?

Firms that sell to the wealthy: franchisors, acquirers and brokers, lenders, private capital sponsors, wealth managers, and luxury and high-ticket brands, among others.
